As the President & CEO of The Heller Organization founded 25 years ago in New York City, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the market including residential, commercial, and development. He has developed the expertise to facilitate every type of sale or rental transaction, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, retail, office space, and development sites. His keen understanding of construction, architecture, and real estate development, aids in the process of identifying and negotiating the best possible investments for a client’s particular needs.

With over $1 Billion in closed residential and commercial transactions, Adam is continually growing within all aspects of the industry. In recent years he has had a strong emphasis on new development and has been actively involved with the leasing of both the residential and retail components of several high-profile projects throughout New York City. Adam currently manages the leasing for 20 residential projects comprising nearly 2000 high-end rental and condominium units. Additionally, Adam is currently working on several new development projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, where his firm is actively involved throughout the pre-development phase through the marketing, sales and leasing.

Adam is also a co-managing partner of RAS Realty Partners which owns and operates approximately 2000 multi-family residential units throughout the southeast. RAS Realty Partners is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and brings many decades of collective experience in commercial and residential real estate to every opportunity, specializing in the acquisition, development and operation of multi-family properties across the United States.

Prior to establishing The Heller Organization, Adam worked for Newmark Knight Frank in Downtown Manhattan. He currently serves as an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University's Real Estate Development Program and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University.

Bari is a Licensed Real Estate Agent / Operations & Marketing Manager at The Heller Organization. She provides crucial support to CEOs Adam Heller and Scott Heller + agents.  As Marketing Manager, Bari is responsible for the development of ongoing marketing initiatives - from customized campaigns for the firm’s residential exclusives, commercial, retail, investment properties, and new development projects, to raising awareness through various social media platforms.

Hailing from a family of developers and brokers, Bari always felt drawn to the world of Real Estate. After working in diverse office environments, she was most passionate towards luxury real estate.  Throughout her career, Bari has evolved the highest level of expertise in management, administrative, and customer service.

Bari believes her clients should never settle, therefore, she works hard to find the best options and solutions for their needs. Always working diligently and very responsive, Bari is dedicated to guiding her clients every step of the way and getting the job done right the first time.

In her free time, Bari enjoys traveling and going to broadway shows with her husband, and playing with her Australian Shepherd, Jace!
