Additionally, Adam is currently working on several new development projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, where his firm is actively involved throughout the pre-development phase through the marketing, sales and leasing.

Adam is also a co-managing partner of RAS Realty Partners which owns and operates approximately 2000 multi-family residential units throughout the southeast. RAS Realty Partners is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and brings many decades of collective experience in commercial and residential real estate to every opportunity, specializing in the acquisition, development and operation of multi-family properties across the United States.

Prior to establishing The Heller Organization, Adam worked for Newmark Knight Frank in Downtown Manhattan. He currently serves as an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University's Real Estate Development Program and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University.
