The Heller Organization is a full service real estate firm founded in 1997 offering brokerage services in both commercial and residential assets. The company specializes in both commercial leasing throughout the five boroughs, as well as the sale and rental of high-end residential condominiums, cooperative apartments, and townhouses. Our team’s marketing strategies maximize the exposure of your property and streamlines the search process for long standing, low maintenance tenants.

 

While originally targeting the parking garage leasing and sales market, The Heller Organization has established relationships with the majority of Manhattan’s most influential parking garage owners and operators. Our unparalleled reputation has been the driving factor in completing over 150 garage deals throughout the five boroughs. The relationships formed with these garage operators have led to several development opportunities in recent years.

 

In recent years The Heller Organization has had a strong emphasis on new development and has been actively involved with the leasing of both the residential and retail components of several high-profile projects throughout New York City. The Heller Organization currently manages the leasing for 25 residential projects comprising nearly 2,000 high-end rental and condominium units, in addition to over 500,000 SF of prime commercial space.
