In his years in the brokerage business, Josh has cultivated a comprehensive background in retail lease and sales transactions, and has earned a reputation with his clients for unparalleled service. Josh formerly served as Associate Director at Winick Realty Group LLC for six years.

Throughout his career, Josh has leased well over $1 billion in gross retail transactions, completing deals with notable tenants such as Crunch Fitness, Soul Cycle, Blue Mercury, Diesel, Urban Outfitters, NYC Health + Hospitals, Davita Dialysis, Spectrum Cable, Ark Restaurant Group, Merchants Hospitality Group, Lenox Hill Radiology, Subway, Pure Health, Bright Horizons, P.F.
