As the President & CEO of The Heller Organization founded 25 years ago in New York City, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the market including residential, commercial, and development. He has developed the expertise to facilitate every type of sale or rental transaction, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, retail, office space, and development sites. His keen understanding of construction, architecture, and real estate development, aids in the process of identifying and negotiating the best possible investments for a client’s particular needs.

With over $1 Billion in closed residential and commercial transactions, Adam is continually growing within all aspects of the industry. In recent years he has had a strong emphasis on new development and has been actively involved with the leasing of both the residential and retail components of several high-profile projects throughout New York City. Adam currently manages the leasing for 20 residential projects comprising nearly 2000 high-end rental and condominium units. Additionally, Adam is currently working on several new development projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, where his firm is actively involved throughout the pre-development phase through the marketing, sales and leasing.

Adam is also a co-managing partner of RAS Realty Partners which owns and operates approximately 2000 multi-family residential units throughout the southeast. RAS Realty Partners is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and brings many decades of collective experience in commercial and residential real estate to every opportunity, specializing in the acquisition, development and operation of multi-family properties across the United States.

Prior to establishing The Heller Organization, Adam worked for Newmark Knight Frank in Downtown Manhattan. He currently serves as an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University's Real Estate Development Program and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Syracuse University.

Rebecca’s passion for this business emanates from her joy of working with people and her great love of New York, in which she was born and raised.  Her main focus, always, is satisfying her clients as they engage in the process of buying or selling properties. Priding herself on honesty, integrity and discretion, every one of her clients receives the individual attention they deserve and are well educated before making a decision.  Rebecca understands that accessibility and responsiveness is imperative in this fast-paced, competitive market. She is able to simplify the challenges her clients may encounter by having the resources at hand, assisting them with her knowledge and expertise. With her sharp instincts and fierce nature, she has established herself in a multi-million dollar market, and has a strong network of repeat clients and referrals.  While Rebecca’s focus and expertise is the high-end sale market, she has also been involved in the development, marketing and leasing management of new construction luxury rental projects. Rebecca was the exclusive broker, fully leasing and marketing 158 West 83rd Street, on the Upper West Side. She most recently was hired as the manager of marketing and leasing for Exhibit at 29 Cliff Street; a brand new 120-unit luxury rental building in FiDi, which was fully leased in only three months.  Rebecca is a fitness enthusiast and currently resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and dog, Willow.
