About Amanda

Amanda Rosenberg joined The Heller Organization as Vice President after twenty years of experience in the New York real estate market. She was nationally ranked within the top 1% of the 41,000 agents operating under the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States early in her career. Due to her track record, Amanda has been invited as a guest lecturer on the subject of negotiations for MBA students at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, UCL School of Management at University College London, Peking University, and Wisconsin School of Business.

Sellers, buyers, landlords and renters all benefit substantially from Amanda's ability to negotiate favorable prices and terms by presenting compelling data to support offers and counteroffers. Representing clients in the sale and leasing of new developments, luxury condos, co-ops, brownstones, and townhouses, Amanda’s guidance from many years of experience has proven to be invaluable.

Amanda is a lifelong New Yorker from Queens and holds two degrees from New York University, where she earned a B.F.A in Dramatic Writing from Tisch School of the Arts, and a master's degree in Psychology from the Graduate School of Arts and Science. While in graduate school, she was a postgraduate research fellow at Harvard University's Department of Psychology, a teaching assistant at Harvard Extension School, and a volunteer crisis counselor for at-risk youths and young adults.
