Born in Cologne, Germany, and raised in Cali, Colombia, Viviana now splits her time between New York City, France, and Colombia, bringing a truly international perspective to her work. Over the past decade, she has amassed a wealth of experience, managing portfolios and spearheading investment opportunities in the USA, Colombia, France, and the UAE.
Her career spans the diverse spectrum of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on multifamily, mixed-use, and retail assets. Viviana’s proven track record of leading major projects—from new developments to redevelopments and stabilized properties—underscores her expertise. Prior to joining The Heller Organization, Viviana was the Senior Asset Manager at Lemor Development Group, where she managed the acquisitions and asset management division while overseeing a robust portfolio of 3,500 units in high-demand markets like New York, New Jersey, and Georgia. A notable transaction was the $384,000,000 closing of a multifamily and retail portfolio in Manhattan. Viviana also oversaw the commercial leasing for the portfolio with several retail spaces available for lease throughout Manhattan.
Prior to this role, Viviana played a key part at Cushman and Wakefield, managing the prestigious real estate portfolio for New York Cornell & Presbyterian Hospital. Her oversight of medical facilities, multifamily properties, retail spaces, office buildings, and a hotel in Manhattan further solidified her ability to handle complex, high-value assets.
On the repositions and dispositions front, Viviana focused on mixed use properties, multifamily and retail real estate properties with the Polsinelli-Graff team at Compass’ commercial division in New York. This team achieved over 40 Billion in transactions closed across all asset types. The portfolio of properties ranged from SOHO prime crown jewels buildings, medical properties, multifamily portfolios, Colombian estates, French vineyards and industrial assets ranging from $3,000,000-220,000,000 USD in different markets.
Beyond her technical prowess in asset management, Viviana is passionate about sustainability and ESG innovation in the built environment. As a Board Member of CREW Network's New York Chapter, she champions inclusivity and forward-thinking solutions within the sector.
