Our latest project, 100 West 18th Street, is regarded as one of the area's most successful residential condominium projects and sold at numbers significantly above original underwriting. The development plan entailed the construction of a 10-story building containing 43 luxury condominium units and two levels of retail totaling 30,115 square feet - the project was completed in 2008. The retail space is fully leased and occupied and the residential units were sold at significantly higher prices than that of competing buildings in the area. The building is currently 100% occupied.
