A native New Yorker, Joshua Singer leads the retail division of the Heller Organization. With extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation, Josh consistently facilitates achieving the unique goals and requirements of his clients in any given lease negotiation, however complex and nuanced they may be.
His expertise comes from years of navigating the arduous New York retail landscape, working tirelessly to resolve the divergence in perspectives between landlord and tenant to finalize a lease. In his years in the brokerage business, Josh has cultivated a comprehensive background in retail lease and sales transactions, and has earned a reputation with his clients for unparalleled service. Josh formerly served as Associate Director at Winick Realty Group LLC for six years.
Throughout his career, Josh has leased well over $1 billion in gross retail transactions, completing deals with notable tenants such as Crunch Fitness, Soul Cycle, Blue Mercury, Diesel, Urban Outfitters, NYC Health + Hospitals, Davita Dialysis, Spectrum Cable, Ark Restaurant Group, Merchants Hospitality Group, Lenox Hill Radiology, Subway, Pure Health, Bright Horizons, P.F. Chang’s, Pret a Manger, Dunkin’, and Taco Bell. Josh holds a double major undergraduate degree from Tulane University in Marketing and Business Management. He has previously participated in internship programs in Real Estate Development, Law, and Financial Management.
