Clinton A. Botway is the Portfolio Manager at The Heller Organization. He is responsible for overseeing all exclusive properties and works closely with CEO, Adam Heller, and building landlords/management. In addition to his duties as the firm’s Portfolio Manager, he exclusively represents owners and landlords in the marketing and sale of real estate. Since beginning his career in 2010, he has marketed and sold approximately $300 million in listings, sales, and leases in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida and California. He has logged record-setting prices on every trackable statistic for each of his transactions in investment sales, residential sales, and rentals. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
His deep, local market knowledge, combined with analytical and underwriting skills, has established Clinton as a valuable addition to his clients’ team of professional advisers. Clinton works on behalf of sellers and landlords to aggressively market their real estate assets and create a competitive bidding environment that yields top-of-the-market pricing. He also provides strategies for improving property efficiency and reducing expenses during the “hold” period while working closely with his clients’ accountants and attorneys to develop a comprehensive real estate investment strategy for creating and preserving their wealth. Clinton also specializes in representing buyers in 1031 Exchanges nationwide.
Prior to working at The Heller Organization, Clinton has worked at Paramount Realty USA, Marcus & Millichap, and ERG Property Advisors. Clinton is a graduate of Lehigh University with a double major in Economics and International Relations. In his spare time, Clinton is a Baritone in the University Glee Club of NYC and has sung in Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. He is an avid car collector, has driven a 1920’s Rolls-Royce across America, Nova Scotia, and New Zealand, and has shown cars at the Concours d'Elegance at Pebble Beach, CA, Amelia Island, FL, and Windsor Castle, UK. He lives in Midtown Manhattan with his wife.
