James has worked in development, leasing, sales, management, and investment, conducting over 800 transactions. With over 6 years’ experience with one of Manhattan’s top development firms, he managed the residential portfolio of the Downtown Team with over 1500 units. Along with working on new developments in both Bedstuy and Flatbush from the marketing to lease up, exceeding target ppsqft throughout the process.   

James is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Strategic Communication,  concentration in Advertising and Business. His love for real estate and fashion led him to New York City to work in one of the greatest real estate markets.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his French Bulldog "Rollie," exercising, traveling, and all things related to men's fashion.
